Hey AI Break fam 👋 Luis and Rui here.
In this video we show you a simple method to turn any topic into a fully generated video presentation.
No editing skills needed, no special software, and no cost. Just upload your material, choose a style, and let the tool transform it into a narrated, animated presentation.
If you saw the flat tire example in the video, that entire presentation was created in a few minutes using the exact process below.
Let’s start!
🔍 What You’ll Learn
By the end of the tutorial you will know how to:
Transform documents, webpages, YouTube links or research into full video presentations
Customize the structure, style and language
Add instructions that make the video focus on the details you want
Generate multiple versions with different visuals
Download and repurpose the final result anywhere
🧰 The Tool You Will Be Using: NotebookLM
NotebookLM is a free Google AI tool designed to help you work with your own information.
It allows you to upload files, paste text, add links, import YouTube videos or even ask the AI to research a topic for you.
Everything it generates is grounded in the sources you provide which makes it extremely accurate.
NotebookLM became known for its audio overviews but many people have no idea that it now includes a video generator.
This feature turns your material into a fully narrated video presentation with slides, transitions and structured explanations.
You can try it here: https://notebooklm.google
Why we love it:
It keeps everything grounded in your sources
It can research topics for you when you have no files
It supports PDFs, docs, websites and YouTube videos
It generates both audio and video presentations
It is completely free with a Google account
Now let’s walk through the exact steps you see in the video.
Step 1: Create a New Notebook
Inside NotebookLM click “New Notebook”.
This will be your workspace where you store all the information you want the tool to use.
The video generator reads everything inside this notebook and nothing else which keeps the output consistent and accurate.
Step 2: Add Your Sources
NotebookLM gives you five ways to add material. In the tutorial we show all of them.
1. Upload files - You can upload PDFs, documents, guides, notes and internal company files.
2. Add a webpage link - Paste any URL and NotebookLM extracts the full content.
3. Import a YouTube video - Paste the YouTube link and the tool automatically processes the entire video and turns it into text you can work with.
4. Use AI research - If you do not have any material to upload, select the research option. Choose your topic and run a quick or deep search. NotebookLM will gather articles, guides, PDFs and provide a full summary of the subject.
Copy text - You can always just copy and paste content directly into the tool.
This is how we created the flat tire example. The tool researched the topic and built the full dataset automatically.
