A compelling script is the heart of any high-performing ad. We used ChatGPT to craft our script, ensuring it was engaging, authentic, and on-brand. Here’s how you can do it:

  • The Prompt:
    We started by feeding ChatGPT a detailed prompt. For example, our prompt was:

Write a creative and engaging 30-second script for a UGC video ad that promotes our newsletter, "The AI Break." The script should:
- Start with a strong, attention-grabbing hook within the first 5 seconds.
- Emphasize that "The AI Break" delivers cutting-edge insights, actionable AI tips, and must-read content.
- Target busy professionals who want to stay ahead in the world of artificial intelligence.
- Use a tone that is authentic, friendly, and persuasive.
- Include a clear call-to-action at the end encouraging viewers to subscribe.
- Ensure the entire script is concise enough to fit within a 30-second video.
  • Iterate & Refine:
    After generating an initial script, we reviewed the output and asked ChatGPT to tweak certain parts—adjusting the tone, adding a stronger call-to-action, and ensuring the content aligned with our newsletter’s message.

  • Final Touches:
    Once the script felt just right, we polished it manually, fine-tuning the language to perfectly match our brand’s personality.

Tips for Optimizing Your Script:

  • Be Specific: Include detailed instructions in your prompt to guide the AI.

  • Iterate: Don’t hesitate to ask for revisions or further refinements.

  • Personalize: Always review the script to inject your unique brand voice.
