Hey AI Breakers,

If you’re tired of guessing what to post on LinkedIn or Twitter, here’s a secret weapon:
Use Reddit as your viral content lab.

Reddit is full of raw, unfiltered conversations. If you know how to find the right threads, you can turn them into social media posts that get insane engagement without spending hours brainstorming.

Today, we’ll show you our 5-step system to:

  • Spot Reddit’s hottest discussions

  • Extract insights with ChatGPT

  • Repurpose them into high-performing LinkedIn and Twitter content

Let’s go. 🪂

🎯 Goal

Use Reddit to find high-engagement content ideas, break them down with ChatGPT, and adapt them into posts for LinkedIn & Twitter that drive reach and conversation.

🛠 The Reddit-to-Social Virality System

Step 1: Use Google + ChatGPT to Uncover High-Engagement Reddit Insights

We’ll use Google to find the best Reddit discussions in your niche, then ChatGPT to extract the gold.

How to do it:

  1. Go to Google and type:

site:reddit.com + [your niche or topic keyword]

Example:

site:reddit.com challenges remote work

Look for posts with:

  • 10+ comments

  • Strong or emotional hooks in the title

  • Topics that invite discussion or controversy

  1. Pick the link

  • Right-click the title of the Reddit thread that looks promising

  • Select “Copy Link Address”

  1. Get the content into ChatGPT — two options:

    Option A:

    • Paste only the Reddit link into ChatGPT.

    • This will give you a more general analysis based on the subreddit and thread title, but not the exact comments.

    Option B (for full accuracy):

    • Open the Reddit thread in your browser.

    • Press CTRL + A (or CMD + A on Mac) to select all text, then CTRL + C (CMD + C) to copy.

    • Paste the full text into ChatGPT along with the prompt below.

    • This will allow ChatGPT to analyse the actual user comments and discussions for deeper insights.

You are a Reddit Insight Extractor.
Here’s a Reddit thread discussion: [PASTE FULL THREAD TEXT]

#Role: Reddit Insight Extractor

#Task: Identify recurring problems, frustrations, and interesting perspectives from this discussion.

#Context: I want to turn these insights into viral posts for LinkedIn and Twitter.

#Format:
1. Top 5 recurring problems or pain points (bullet points)
2. Emotional tone summary (dominant emotions and why)
3. 3–5 content angles/questions that could work well for social media

#Tone: Clear, analytical, and insight-focused.

ChatGPT will break down the conversation into actionable insights you can turn into viral post ideas.

Pro Tip: This works best with Reddit’s most commented and emotionally charged posts, they reveal exactly what people care about most.

Step 2: Reverse-Engineer the Hook

Role: Hook Analyst
Task: Extract headline formats & emotional triggers from the Reddit thread.

Prompt:

Here’s the summary of frustrations from this Reddit post: [Paste Summary]

#Role: Hook Pattern Analyst

#Task: Extract the underlying patterns in high-performing Reddit titles and adapt them for professional & social audiences.

#Context: The goal is to keep the curiosity and emotional impact while making it suitable for LinkedIn and Twitter posts.
Examples: If Reddit titles use shock value, translate that into a professional curiosity gap.

#Format:
1. 5 title templates I can adapt
2. Psychological trigger for each (curiosity, relatability, novelty, controversy, etc.)

#Tone: Creative but strategic — each hook must have a clear reason it works.

Example from a remote work thread:

  • “Why working from home is actually making us more stressed”

  • “The remote work problem no one is talking about”

  • “3 things I wish I knew before going fully remote”

Step 3: Adapt for LinkedIn & Twitter

Role: Social Media Copywriter
Task: Transform Reddit insights into platform-ready content.
